Proudest Professional accomplishment: I recently had an individual I previously worked with reach out to give me an update on his employment situation. He had just hit his 3-year mark with the company and couldn't be happier with what he was doing. It is so rewarding to help individuals obtain employment, but the best feeling is hearing from them years later that they are still thriving in that environment in part thanks to the help you provided.
Describe your values and how they inform your career: My biggest value is positivity. Getting a job can be stressful and anxiety invoking, but through the power positivity I have been able to assist my individuals to keep pushing even in tough times and to look forward to future employment opportunities.
Who are you outside of work: I enjoy spending time with my family and all things Cleveland sports.
Favorite or funny quote: I'm not superstitious, but I am a little stitious.
