Name: Jared Daly
ECCC Board Position: Founder/Lead Facilitator
Education: B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice (Lake Erie College)
Organization: Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities
Current Position and what you do: Regional Coordinator of Workforce Development
Proudest Professional accomplishment: Creating the Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County.
Describe your values and how they inform your career: The obvious value I try to utilize in my career is that collaboration and working together is a much better way to get positive things done. To understand that my thoughts and ideas as an individual will never be as good as what is developed from a group of diverse people giving their input to an initiative based on their unique experiences.
Who are you outside of work: Outside of work I spend most of my time with my wife and two dogs trying to spend as much time outside as we can when the Cleveland weather permits. We like going on walks, drinking and eating at the wonderful local restaurants in the area, attending Cleveland sporting events and just hanging outside in our backyard barbequing.
