Current Position and what you do: (Community Developer) – Assist individual with job development, job coaching, job retention and performing Community Based Assessments. Also responsible for Site Development and business engagement for the agency. Overall goal is to allow the individuals that You Belong works with the ability to experience the utmost success and independence they can in competitive, integrated employment opportunities.
Proudest Professional accomplishment: Being awarded the Ben Bonanno Disability Advocate Award in 2016 and having the ability to speak at the National APSE Conference in 2018 about the Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County.
Describe your values and how they inform your career: My values are centered around independence towards the individuals that we serve. I feel that by instilling both confidence and independence in our individuals, we can truly see their potential and help them to realize it as well.
Who are you outside of work: Outside of work, I am a family man. I enjoy the Cleveland sports atmosphere, particularly, the Cleveland Browns. Sundays are always a blast in our house during the fall and winter months!
