The Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County is a non-profit group that uses donations to:
- Host Hiring Events for local businesses
- Provide Diversity and Inclusion trainings to local businesses
- Purchase interview clothes for job seekers
- Provide emergency transportation to job seekers with urgent interviews
