Current Position and what you do: Manager of Employment Services - 4/2017 to Present
Proudest Professional accomplishment: Being hired for my current position. Our agency had just closed down their Enclave workshop a couple of days before I started. I was brought on along with my supervisor to create a new Employment Services program for our agency, focused on community inclusion opportunities in a walls free environment. It worked and continues to grow!
Helping others and making a difference: The people I work with need additional support to meet their employment goals. I get to partner with them in the process. To see someone get their first job, grow within that position and know that they are happy, is one of the best parts of my job.
Who are you outside of work: Husband, Stepdad, Grandpa and Poppy.
Favorite or funny quote: “When you’re green you grow. When you’re ripe you rot”. (I plan on staying green for a while.)

- Manage/Train Employment Service team. Scout out volunteer training experiences and/or other community integration activities. Partner with individuals and provide direct services in Career Exploration, CBA’s, Job Development and Job Coaching.
